Had a day off yesterday

Had a day off yesterday for celebration with family and friends.

There's about a 40 car crash on I-25 North bound. The interstate is closed. This kind of thing can really throw off your schedule.

YOW!!!! New brakes and a tune up. Sure is running good.

Long Day. Pueblo to Denver then return

WOW,   what  a busy busy weekend.

Whoa!!  what is this?  A Sunday evening off. I can actually watch a football game. Yay!

Just back from DIA at 9:30 pm. Now out to the Colorado Springs airport to pick up. Good business.

Front end alignment and change the transmission fluid. Maintenance is never cheap.

Waiting for the customer. 5:00am at his pick-up spot Hotel.

 What could be the delay?? Thought I better call him.

WOW! he's still in Denver.

Says sorry he forgot to call to let me know.

4 o'clock am for several mornings in a row now. For that first flight out.

OK, lets see how this works. Pick celeb. up at hotel (no name dropping). Drop off at performers entrance. Park, go in front entrance and watch show. Get car, drive around to performers entrance, pick up celeb. and drive back to hotel. Sounds easy enough!

Valentines movie and dinner with wife and daughter. Now to the airport for an 11:30 from China.

Government bureaucracy Day

Government bureaucracy Day for Denver airport security. Had to spend time and fuel to sign in and sit for half an hour. Then drive back.

Canon City

Round trip with wait time for this poor woman to go to one of the prisons in Canon City so she could sit in on a Parole hearing for her Fiance. Parole hearing was yesterday.

New Year Expenses

It's that time of year. Renew all my licencing at the PUC, DIA and Colo. Spgs. Airport. Vehicle inspection and DOT physical. Not to mention a new insurance policy and yellow page Ads. Yow! Expenses!

The phone rang

Just on a day when you figure there isn't going to be much business. Bam, pow, zing. The phone starts to ring.

Round Trip

A round trip to a Denver Doctor's office today.
For a lawyer group. Pick up the customer drive there, wait till done, then drive her home.
Came home and had to put the cat down. Bummer

Cold morning

Nice cold morning to get started. Single digit temps. eeeeyow!

Better ways to cancel

OMG, up at 5:30 AM to get to a customers house by 6:30 AM then she texted me a cancellation while I was in her driveway. Arrrgg!

Dwell fees

Dwell charges are what we pay to the airports for waiting in the pick-up area. I got killed last night with dwell fees because of lost luggage and non-functioning luggage carousel. Ouch, profit hit.

designated walker
